The table is simple and repeats in sequence across the alphabet. When you calculate a name number, you convert each letter to its value, add the values, and reduce the result. For the Soul Urge number, you do the same using vowels only.

This is a different calculation from the Life Path number, which is based on the birth date. For dates, mynum.app follows the Decoz / Pythagorean method: reduce the day, month and year separately, add those three results, then reduce again, while never reducing 11, 22 or 33.

How the full birth name is used
